Abstract: The Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) is a common functional component in many electrical systems. Phase-locked loops (PLLs) are closed-loop feedback-driven devices producing a signal depending on the frequency and phase of reference sig-nal that comes in. Fast operation, lack of systematic phase errors, and ease of construction are the hallmarks of phase detector-based PLLs. A solution for radar applications called Fuzzy Frequency Control Phase-Locked Loop (FPLL) is de-scribed in this work. This system is designed to be multichannel, high-resolution, and capable of quick locking. The pro-posed FPLL can be effectively used in frequency synthesizers in multi-channel radar systems that require several carrier frequencies for channels with frequency consolidation.Waveform generators employ phase-locked loops (PLLs) to synthesize radar waveforms for use in surveil-lance. When designing a PLL, it is important to keep noise, jitter, and lock time in mind. Even in cases with small loop bandwidths and large beginning frequency offsets, the acquisition may be improved by combining the typical phase detector with two readily implementable frequency detectors, as described in [1].
